We are introducing a new tool to record and measures all the exceptional work performed in daily operations.These exceptional items are result of something which was to be done on regular basis but was not done and has now become an issue/complaint/exception or some special work/request that needs to be performed as an exception.
Your dopex score will be one of the criteria that will determine your incentive amount( if you are on incentive plan) and your final appraisal at end of the year.
